A man was on Monday arraigned before a Nairobi court and charged with disclosing Personal data to a third party.
Hatim Said was charged before the Milimani Law court and denied the offense.
It is alleged that on the September 19 2023 at Gigiri court yard in Westland’s sub county within Nairobi County with another before not the court without authority disclosed personal data to Lynn Nganga a lawyer who is handling a civil case .
The alleged data belonged to Lauren Rose Friedman and a minor.
The accused who was released on a cash bail of Sh 100,000 or bond or Sh 300,000.
According to police sources, Hatim has a case where he has been sued by Friedman that is ongoing.
