He is alleged to have jumped from a seventh floor of the school building and his body was found on the mezzanine floor balcony.

The three doctors represented the family of the victim, the school and also the government pathologist.

According to the postmortem report, the deceased died instantly after jumping from a Storey building further saying he had fractured his limbs, spinal code and broken ribs among other injuries.

Last week two directors and three staffs of the school were arrested and presented to court on Monday where police sought for more days to detain them saying they were investigating murder.

The ruling for the application was slated for Tuesday afternoon but the school lawyer Danstan Omari arrested the ruling pending the tabling of the report before court.

Omari argued that the report is expected to change the investigations from murder to suicide.

“Three pathologists, each representing government, family and school have agreed bones were broken, front part broken, rib, spinal code and cause of death is a fall from height which exonerates our clients,” Omari said.

Detectives from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) visited the school on Saturday to obtain CCTV footage while seeking to establish events to the boy’s death.

The ruling will be issued today after court goes through postmortem report and parties make submissions to court.
