It is alleged that on March 13 at the SGR terminus he assaulted Penina Makena and caused to her actual bodily harm.

He was also charged with a second count of offensive conduct where it was alleged that he abused her using insulting language.

It is alleged he said “Wewe mwanamke nitakufundisha mimi ni nani na utajua hujui, I am not here to lick your buttocks”

He denied the charged and through his lawyer Duncan Osoro he asked the court to release him on reasonable bail term.

He was released on a Sh50,000 and the court directed that the matter be mentioned on March 7 2024.
