Renowned city lawyer and now Senatorial aspirant Danstan Omari has been ranked among the top litigation lawyers of this years among other notable names in the legal profession.
According to.. which released the survey, Omari is among top litigation lawyers and he is among notable names like Duncan Okatch, Edwin Mukele, Kethi Kilonzo among others.
SAdvocate Paul Musyimi whose company released the data has defended the reason for including Omari saying they conducted a thorough survey and even collected data from Kenya Law which made the said law firms make it to the list.
Musyimi said litigation is not only about representation in court but about crisis management including managing the reputation risk that is attendant to dispute resolution.
On why Omari’s name featured on the list, he said there is a reason clients go Danstan Omari and not other lawyers when facing matters that have a measure of controversy and are very high risk.
