Mathew Wa Ngara real names Nancy Indoveria’s two children who she is charged alongside with in the Multi-million drug trafficking case have asked court to review the bond for them and grant them bond.
Last year, the court denied the two boys bail along with their mother but she moved to the high court and secured bail but her children didn’t.
Through their lawyer Danstan Omari, the accused persons told a JKIA court that they have been in custody for long and the court to should consider reviewing their bond terms.
The case was coming up for hearing today but it did not proceed as scheduled due to the absence of the prosecution witness who was set to testify against them.
The case was given a new date of April 22 when the court will hear the matter and also give a ruling on the application for review of bail.
