Public Service, Youth and Gender CS Aisha Jumwa has been moved to the newly created Ministry of Gender, Culture, the Arts and Heritage while Moses Kuria has been moved to the Ministry of Public Service, Performance and Delivery Management.
EALA CS Rebbeca Miano replaced Kuria at the Ministry of Trade and Industry while Water CS Alice Wahome has swapped dockets with her Lands counterpart Zachary Njeru.
President William Ruto has expanded the portfolio of Office of the Prime Cabinet Secretary held by Musalia Mudavadi to include Ministry of Foreign and Diaspora Affairs.
Foreign Affairs CS Alfred Mutua has moved to the Ministry of Tourism while Peninah Malonza reassigned to the ministry of East Africa Community.
At the same time the president has also appointed Isaac Mwaura as the government spokesman while former TV Anchor Mwanaisha Chidzuga and TV analyst Gabriel Muthuma will deputise him.
