A middle aged man was on Monday charged before a Kibera court for indecently touching a three year old girl private parts.
Alphonse Kaungq who was her neighbor allegedly fingered the girl who had strayed to his house.
It as alleged that On January 5, at Kibarange Slums in Kangemi Sub-County within Nairobi County he indecently touched the minors private parts.
Kaunga denied the charge before Kibera Senior Resident Magistrate William Lorot where he denied the charges.
The prosecution did not object his released on bond and he was granted a Sh300,000 bond with a surety of the same amount.
According to the police report, the girls mother left her at home with her teen brother but she strayed out of the house without him knowing.
When the mother returned she found her missing and upon search, she was found in Kaunga house.
According to witnesses, Kaunga was found pants down in his house with the young girl.
The case will be mentioned on Jan 22 for pre-trial
