City Lawyer Omari wants Gender CS Aisha Jumwa to pay 9.8 M legal fees for representing her in murder case.

City Lawyer Danstan Omari now wants Gender CS Aisha Jumwa to pay Sh 9.8 million as legal fees for the murder case he represented her in.

In the bill of costs filed in court, Omari wants a total of 9.8 million as costs incurred and legal fees for representing her in the Mombasa murder case which she was dropped from last year.

He wants the costs for the fees to cover instructions to represent Jumwa in the complex Murder where she was charged alongside seven others.

This comes barely two days after Omari slapped Jumwa with another bill of costs of 17.4 million for legal fees in her corruption case.

Jumwa was acquitted in both cases when she was represented by Omari.
