An aged US National was on Tuesday arraigned before a Nairobi court and charged with defiling a 10 year old child.
Daniel Michael Kirkovic who is on a wheelchair was charged for defiling a minor Contrary to Section 8(1) of the Sexual offences Act number 3 of 2006.
It is alleged that on diverse dates between August and December 2022 at Parklands area within Westlands Sub-County in Nairobi County, defiled a minor aged 10 years old.
He was also charged with alternative count of committing an indecent act with a child contrary to the sexual offences Act of the Kenyan Laws.
He denied both counts before Milimani Law Courts Children’s Court and was released on Sh 1 million cash bail and ordered to surrender his passport in Court.
