City Lawyer Danstan Omari has slapped CS Aisha Jumwa with 17.4 Million costs for legal fees she should pay him for representing her in court.
In the bill of costs filed in court, Omari wants a total of 17.4 million as costs incurred and legal fees for representing her in the Mombasa corruption case where the case was withdrawn last year.
He wants the costs for the fees to cover instructions to represent Jumwa in the complex Mombasa Anti-corruption case where she was charged alongside seven others.
The costs will also cover filing cases at the high court, drafting and filing chamber summons,receiving and perusing states ground of opposition.
