On Wednesday, Justice Alfred Mabeya gave Desire back his company from Koome ruling that he is the true owner of the company.

In October, during a submissions in one of the cases before court, Omari and Ombeta put up a spirited fight for their clients with Ombeta claiming that Omari’s client was the thief and not Koome.

Omari on the hand said Koome was a con who wanted to reap where he did not sow by laying claim to a company he never contributed a single cent into.

Justice Mabeya has agreed with Omari that indeed Koome was a fraudster who was only after his selfish interest.

On Friday, drama unfolded in court during the mention of the case when Koome dramatically fired Ombeta and two other advocates in open court.

Omari came to Ombeta’s defense saying Koome had disrespected his Shakahola brother by firing him in court saying he should respect the legal profession.
