After hearing witnesses from both sides in the last three days, Justice Alfred Mabeya said he will deliver the judgement on Tuesday December 27.

This is after parties in the matter said they would not be filing submissions or making oral submissions leaving the court to make a determination with the evidence produced.

Desire on Monday narrated to court how an acquaintance introduced him to Kirimi Koome as a wealthy Kenyan who would help him register his tech-firm.

Desire said a manager at Eauity Bank Rwanda by the name Patrick Gakuba gave him Koome contact saying he will help him register his company.

Desire read to court communication between him and Gakuba where he tells him who Koome is painting him as a wealthy man from a rich family.

He said he was made to believe that businessman Koome is from a rich family who has connections to help him open a business.

Apparently he was to help him meet VIPs and was a businessman with interests from hotels , roads and real estate.

Desire said that he couldn’t open the business -Stay Online Limited himself because he had no prerequisite papers to help him open one thus opting to get an agent to open branches in Canada ,Uganda ,and Tanzania.

The court heard there was a resolution passed by StayOnline Rwanda to expand the business and was effected and a local representative and initial capital was sent.
