Former governor Mike Sonko has threatened to seek for revocation of Bolt operating license if they will not compensate the two female passengers who were shown genitals by one of their drivers.
In a letter to Bolt, Sonko wants the company to take liability and pay the two victims for what the driver did.
Through Lawyer Danstan Omari, Sonko has demanded Bolt to admit liability and compensate the victims in this matter because of the gross misconduct and indecent exposure of your driver.
“The victims in this matter have suffered unprecedented levels of mental and psychological anguish and torture, due to the actions of one of your drivers who indecently exposed himself to them scarring their memories for life,” the letter reads.
Omari further says that further, if Bolt does not admit liability and compensation of the victims within 7 days, then he has strict instructions to institute legal proceedings against Bolt for compensation of victims.
In the case, the two sisters one aged 27 and the other 21 requested for a ride at 7.34 a.m from Adlife to Gachie.
The driver Moctor Indwas picked then and on the way he indecently exposed his manhood to the ladies.
He was forced to drop them off midway at Ole Nguruone road in Lavington when the ladies noticed the indecent act he was performing on himself.
