An 11-year-old minor on Monday tearfully narrated to court how her step-father and his friend took turns in defiling her.

In the case, it is alleged E.W defiled B.K on June 17, 2023 in Makini area in Kibra-Sub- County within Nairobi County.

The girl who we will refer to as B.K not her real name told court that her step father who was the only one charged with the offence defiled her alongside a second man who is still at large.

BK told court that on that material day she was going to school when a local woman known to her as Mama Eva caller to go to her house.

She said since she knew her well, she followed her to her house and they found a man she didn’t know who was later by her Step-father.

Mama Eva had left for a few minutes and the minor told court that when she came back she told her sleep with the two men including her step father who was still in the house.

The court heard that when she resisted, Mama Eva beat her and even used a kitchen knife to cut her left-hand palm.

BK told court that one of the men slapped her on the head and they removed her trouser and took turns defiling her.

An emotional BK told court that she felt a lot of pain during the assault on her by the two men but they overpowered her and she was helpless.

Mama Eva who was still in the house when the men were assaulting her was given some hundred-shilling notes by the men when they finished defiling her.

The woman then ordered her to dress up and go to school and she was given a hundred-shilling note and warned not to say anything about the incident.

The woman threatened BK with death if she ever told anyone and the minor never shared even with her own mother.

However, after a few weeks the minor decided share the ordeal with her pastor who reported the matter to the police and investigations were conducted.

Upon conclusions of investigations, the step-father was arrested as the two other accomplices Mama Eva and the unknown man ran away and are still at large.
