One of the children of American based woman laying claim to late minister Simeon Nyachae estate has refuted claims by her mother that she is his daughter.
In an affidavit filed in court, Patricia Moraa wants nothing to do with case filed by her mother Margaret Chweya seeking a share of Nyachae’s estate for her and her three children.
Chweya has told court that all three of her children are all Nyachae’s children and she knows no other fathers for them.
However, Patricia has sided with a man by the name George Odero who swore an affidavit saying she was his daughter.
Even in her affidavit she has used Odero as her surname which is contrary to what her mother filed in court.
Her two brothers have already testified in the case and are supporting their mother saying Nyachae was their dad and he even visited them severally when they relocated to the US.
But, Patricia who was born in the US says she did a DNA in May last year which confirmed that Odero was her father.
She claims that she only learned of her mother’s case in Kenya through social media and was not aware she was included in the case as a party.
Further, Patricia who resides in Carlifonia US and a citizen by birth says she has never spoken to Nyachae or ever interacted with him at any time.
Her brothers have told court that Nyachae used to visit them in the US and they played with him as children.
