One of the three men who claimed that he was married to an American based woman who is claiming to be late Simeon Nyachae widow has now brought family pictures to prove his claim.
Margaret Chweya has filed a case in court seeking for a share of Nyachae’s multibillion estate saying she was his wife and had three children for him.
However, Nyachae’s family hired a private investigator who found three men among them Michael Pondo who said they were married to Chweya.
In her testimony Chweya denied ever knowing Pondo or having any child for him as he claimed.
Pondo says Chweya’s second born son John Paul Chweya is his biological son and not Nyachae’s.
Pondo has produced evidence including photos with mother and son which he says prove that he is the father to John Paul.
Among the pictures produced in court include a Magazine article from 1980 showing Pondo and Chweya at a function with the caption Pondo with Fiancee Chweya.
He has also attached family pictures showing him, Chweya, her sons Roney and John Paul. He claims to have met her when she was with Rodney he is only laying claim to John Paul.
There are also hospital bills from Mater where Chweya is said to have given birth to John
Paul and Pondo has receipts of payment he made.
He also has school fees receipts which he says he paid for Chweya’s first son Roney.
Interestingly, Chweya had said it’s Nyachae who witnessed birth of her sons and even paid the bills.
