The famous four lawyers who caught headlines for months while fighting to save Pastor Ezekiel Odero are now representing the owners of body by design who are charged with the death of a patient at their clinic during a liposuction procedure.
Lawyers led by Danstan Omari include Cliff Ombeta, Shadrack Wambui and Sam Nyaberi were in the limelight for the better part of 2023 fighting to give life back to Pastor Ezekiel’s church which they successfully did but this week they took up the body by design matter.
The four put up a spirited fight in a bid to get their clients out of bail after the prosecution opposed to their release on bail.
This comes barely weeks after the four successfully saved Thika Chief Magistrate Stella Atambo from being prosecuted after they secured orders stopping her prosecution pending hearing of her case in court.
Just last week, they were also hired by the Nairobi hospital Board to defend them and they were also able to convince the court to give them anticipatory bail terms thus preventing their arrest or detention.
Even though the four each have their own law firms, the clients seem to be interested in the four working as a team and that’s why they are hired as a team due to the success of their past cases.
