She told court that her late boyfriend forwarded a video clip of him in the company of DJ Fatxo at around 3:45 am while still at DJ Fatxo’s house.

Wairimu further said that prior to that Jeff had
called her and told her that DJ Fatxo had bought him some Heineken alcohol at quiver lounge and that they were going to Fatxo’s house.

It was her further testimony that Jeff never returned home after going to Fatxo’s house and that when she woke up in the morning of the fateful day she called him but her phone was turned off.

“At around 3 pm Mutanu called me and asked me whether Jeff came home the the previous night and then I told her that she’s the one who should be answering that question because they were with Jeff at Fatxo’s house.” She said

She says that’s when she sensed something fishy because it was the first time Jeff had gone missing and his phone turned off for such a long duration.

“I then called Jeff’s brother, and told him to go to the house and confirm whether Jeff came back. He went to the house but did not find Jeff.” She said

Mutanu told her that DJ Fatxo claimed there was some chaos in the house after Jeff started shouting saying that Samidoh was his uncle.

“Mutanu told me that DJ Fatxo went to Kasarani Police station to report Jeff as a missing person,” she said.

Wairimu says that when she called DJ Fatxo he told her that police officers from Kasarani police station will be calling her but she insisted that he tells her where Jeff was he declined.

It was her testimony that the next day Jeff’s mother called her and told her that Jeff was dead.

Wairimu dismissed claims that Jeff was suicidal telling court that her boyfriend had never been suicidal whether sober or drunk.

She also maintained that her boyfriend was truthful and that for the three years they dated, she never experienced any form of infidelity in their relationship.
