Rose Mbithe has claimed that the late Dr. Victoria Mutiso worked as a cleaner in her office before eventually advancing her education to PhD level. Speaking about her relationship with the late Dr. Mutiso, Mbithe said it was her husband who played a key role in supporting Victoria’s education, taking her through university up to the PhD level.
