A driver at Atlantis Life Science Ltd Veterinary pharmaceutical company was Friday arraigned in a Nairobi court and charged with of stealing by servant contrary to section 281 of the Penal Code.
Morrice Tom Adalo is alleged to have used his position as a driver in Atlantis Life Science LTD to allegedly steal goods worth Ksh 15,113,961 from the company.
It is alleged that Morrice on diverse dates between May 2022 and June 2024, being employed by Atlantis Life Science LTD stole the said goods which were on transit.
He denied the charges before Magistrate Benmark Ekhubi and was released on Sh 1 bond with an alternative cash bail of Sh 400,000.
